Have Questions? We're Here to Help!
Search for the Bluetooth device named "CarPlay" on your mobile phone. When connecting for the first time, your phone will prompt you with a message; please click "Use" or "Trust" the device to complete the connection.
Before connecting your phone, click on the "PhoneLink" function on the device. Change the automatic connection option under the corresponding phone type to "MirrorLink." Then, connect the phone via the data cable and select the corresponding authorization on your phone to establish the connection.
There are three ways to solve the sound issue:
- Our device has a small built-in speaker, which can be turned off through the settings.
- Use the FM transmission function of the device to transmit sound to the car's original radio. (For example, select 86.3MHz on the device, then play music from a USB drive, and tune your car radio to 86.3MHz.)
- Use a 3.5mm AUX cable to transmit audio to the original car player through the AUX OUT interface on the device. (Please note, some models do not support this function—refer to the product's interface description for details.)
Please use your phone to search for the device’s Bluetooth, which should appear as "CarPlay." Delete any previously paired but unconnected devices. Other paired Bluetooth devices may interfere with the connection, causing pairing issues or abnormal functions.
Some Bluetooth devices may prevent our device from automatically connecting. To resolve this, clear all paired Bluetooth devices on your phone, restart both your phone’s Bluetooth and the vehicle device, and then re-establish the Bluetooth connection.
Hold down the top of the screen and slide it down to access the status bar. From there, you can adjust the media volume. During a phone call, you can also adjust the call volume directly from the status bar.
Due to high temperatures in the car during the summer, the device does not have a battery to ensure safety. As a result, it cannot store the time and date. Once connected to your mobile phone, the time and date will automatically update.
For optimal performance, we recommend using an 8GB or 16GB storage card or USB flash drive. Some larger-capacity storage devices may not be fully compatible. Be sure to format the storage device so that the file system is set to the default. Additionally, ensure that your video or music files are in commonly supported formats, as some encoded files may not be recognized by the device.
